123Jobs , ambitieux pour 2021, lance un nouveau groupement d’employeurs dédié à la logistique

123Jobs est le plus grand groupement d’employeurs en Belgique. Il offre à 75 travailleurs un contrat et des missions longues durées chez ses membres.

Touché, comme la majeure partie des entreprises, par la crise de la Covid-19, 123Jobs a su conserver l’ensemble de ses travailleurs et se réjouit des perspectives à venir. La création, en ce début d’année, d’123cdi Logistics est le reflet de son optimisme.

C’est en 2014, à la suite du licenciement de 275 travailleurs liégeois, lors de la fermeture de la phase à chaud par ArcelorMittal, que le groupement d’employeurs voit le jour. A l’époque, il est subsidié par la Région wallonne et sa mission s’achèvera en 2018 après avoir permis l’engagement de 200 travailleurs.

Mais l’aventure ne s’arrêtera pas là et les entrepreneurs privés, convaincus par le système, décident de reprendre les activités de l’asbl et de la rebaptiser. Depuis, 123Jobs fonctionne uniquement grâce au financement de ses membres utilisateurs et a encore permis l’engagement d’une centaine de personnes en CDI.
